1.Support Policy

All our free and premium themes come with lifetime support forum access. After you purchase our premium theme or download a free theme, you will receive access to our Support Forums. There, you can post any sales questions and theme-related problems indicating your WordPress version and the URL of the site the theme is installed. But unfortunately, we don’t offer support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, and administration of WordPress itself.

Complete support is offered on all our theme packages. After your theme purchase is done, you are allowed to take advantage of our theme support forum. When you have any after sales issues or queries related to our themes, simply post them to us and we’ll get back to you. You need to mention your WordPress version and the website URL on which you’ve installed the theme. There may arise issues related to third-party plugins and we don’t provide support for them. We will address your grievances in the stipulated time of 6-8 hours, rest assured all your queries will be resolved at the earliest with Sunday being an exception.

2.Demo site display

If your site doesn’t look like our demo site, provide us with your site details and we will fix it right away. Your information will remain private with us and as soon the problem is fixed we you will notify you to change it back.


We do our coding very carefully and try to trouble shoot bugs before we launch any product however if you there is any bugs, please provide us information regarding bugs and we will fix on our end as soon as possible.

4.Third party

We do tests with popular 3rd party extensions with our products but it is not possible to cover them all. However, if there are any issues with other 3rd party extension with the themes you can contact our support team and if it is possible from our end we will fix it, popular 3rd party extensions are well tested with our themes.
